TEACHERS PROTESTED FOR THE FOURTH CONSECUTIVE DAY

BUXAR-------------------------Following the directives of the 'Bihar State University and College Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff Struggle Front' (Sangharsh Morcha), teachers and non-teaching staff at Maharshi Vishwamitra College staged a protest for the fourth consecutive day on Friday as part of a phased agitation. During the protest, they raised slogans vehemently against the Bihar government, opposing the proposed University Act 2026.

All teachers participated in the protest under the leadership of Dr. Yogarshi Rajput, Secretary of the College Teachers' Association. Meanwhile, all non-teaching staff members, led by Shanti Kumari Devi (Secretary of the Non-Teaching Staff Association), were also present during the agitation.

Expressing their opposition to the proposed University Act 2026, the teachers and staff appealed to the government to seriously consider their demands. The protesters stated that the agitation would continue in a phased manner, in accordance with the instructions of the Struggle Front.
