SON-IN-LAW’S DRUKEN BOSSYN BEHAVIOUR LANDED HIM IN LOCK-UP

SASARAM------------------------Throwing his weight around as a son-in-law at his in-laws' house proved costly for a man when his drunken ruckus landed him straight in the police lock-up. The incident occurred in Chhapra village, under the Bagen Gola police station area, where a young man arrived on Friday morning and began hurling abuse while intoxicated.

The situation at the house deteriorated so rapidly that, instead of maintaining cordial family ties, the relatives were forced to call the police. According to reports, Ashok Yadav—son of Lalbabu Yadav and a resident of Baruha village—had arrived at his in-laws' home in Chhapra village around 8:00 AM on Friday. It is alleged that, while under the influence of alcohol, he started creating a scene and verbally abusing his in-laws.

When his drunken aggression did not subside despite repeated attempts to reason with him, the family informed the Bagen Gola police.

Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and arrested Ashok Yadav. He was subsequently taken to the Community Health Center in Raghunathpur for a medical examination, which confirmed alcohol consumption. According to the police, Ashok Yadav has previously been caught for drunken behavior. Station House Officer (SHO) Abhay Shankar Singh stated that, based on the medical report, the accused has been sent to judicial custody. Thus, the young man's attempt to flaunt his status as a son-in-law ultimately ended behind bars.
