ARA---------------------------Office-bearers of the Bihar State Elementary Teachers' Association (Bhojpur unit), led by District President Pankaj Kumar Singh 'Mantu', paid a courtesy visit to the newly appointed District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nazish Ali. During the visit, he was honored with a bouquet and a traditional *ang-vastra* (ceremonial stole).
Association District President Pankaj Kumar Singh 'Mantu' stated that they discussed various issues with the DPO (Establishment) via a formal application. These issues included timely salary payments, EPF updates, time-bound promotions, the maintenance of service books for 'Vishisht' teachers, assistant teachers, and headmasters, the payment of arrears for teachers across all categories, and other related concerns.
DPO (Establishment) Nazish Ali assured them of all possible cooperation in accordance with the rules to resolve these issues. He also directed that a half-day schedule be implemented on Saturdays in the district's Urdu schools.
Present on the occasion were Bihar State Elementary Teachers' Association District President Pankaj Kumar Singh 'Mantu', District Secretary and Media In-charge Md. Shaukat Ali, General Secretary Parmeshwar Paswan, District Vice-Presidents Sadakat Hussain and Sanjay Kumar Singh, and Jagdishpur General Secretary Chandradev Kumar Singh.
