BUXAR-------------------------------The impact of the agitation led by Bajrangi Mishra, District President of the Jan Suraj Party, regarding the dilapidated state of the Jaso-Nadav road in the district is now becoming visible. People had long been facing severe commuting difficulties due to the road's crumbling condition and deep potholes scattered across it. Waterlogging following the rains had further worsened the situation, increasing the risk of accidents.

Local residents are also frustrated with the road's poor condition. They allege that promises regarding road construction were made during the assembly elections, yet no significant action was taken after the election victory. Consequently, there is growing resentment among the public towards the local MLA, Anand Mishra.

Recently, Jan Suraj District President Bajrangi Mishra staged a protest by sitting amidst the waterlogged areas on the road. During the protest, he raised questions about the road's deplorable state and the alleged apathy of elected representatives. He stated that the road's condition was putting lives at risk daily and urged the authorities responsible to take cognizance of the matter.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, an effort was initiated to fill the potholes with brick fragments. This is being viewed as an immediate relief measure by the district administration. However, the Jan Suraj District President inspected the site and remarked that while filling potholes with bricks might offer temporary relief, it does not provide a permanent solution to the road's issues.

Upon visiting the site, Bajrangi Mishra thanked the district administration for the ongoing work. At the same time, he criticized Sadar MLA Anand Mishra, noting that the road's poor condition had long been a source of trouble for the public and that proper construction was essential for a permanent solution.

The Jan Suraj District President welcomed the administration's move to provide immediate relief but emphasized the need for concrete steps towards the road's complete reconstruction, ensuring that people would no longer have to constantly contend with potholes and waterlogging.
