MAHADALIT TOLAS TO HOST INTEGRATED SERVICE CAMPS: GOVT SCHEMES UNDER ONE ROOF

ARA (RNI) In a landmark move toward social justice, Bhojpur district administration, led by DM Tanay Sultania, is rolling out Dr. Ambedkar Integrated Service Camps across 62 Mahadalit tolas in all 14 blocks, ensuring government schemes reach the most marginalized.

These camps will offer services from 22 departments under one roof, saving time and effort for residents. Key schemes include ration card issuance, PM Ujjwala Yojana (free gas connections), school enrollment, scholarships, Anganwadi services, birth/death certificates, Aadhaar registration, e-Shram cards, Ayushman Bharat health cards, PM Awas Yojana, pension schemes for the elderly, widows, and disabled, Kanya Vivah Yojana, maternity benefits, disability certificates, MNREGA job cards, Jan Dhan accounts, toilet construction under Swachh Bharat, and Tola connectivity projects.

The initiative aims to leave no eligible person deprived, empowering Mahadalit communities economically, socially, and educationally. These camps will serve as “mobile service hubs,” bridging the gap between administration and the public.

A robust awareness campaign, involving panchayat representatives, Anganwadi workers, ASHA staff, and NGOs, is underway to spread the word. DM Tanay Sultania said, “Our goal isn’t just launching schemes but ensuring their benefits reach the last person. This campaign symbolizes social inclusion.” Residents are urged to attend, even without documents, as provisions for on-spot issuance and renewals are in place.
