BHABHUA--------------------------District Magistrate Pratibha Rani has issued directives regarding sanitation within the premises of the Piprahi Block Office. The DM has mandated the regular and thorough cleaning of the office premises, corridors, and rooms.

The District Magistrate directed that signboards prohibiting the indiscriminate littering of waste be clearly displayed throughout the premises. She instructed that the entire office be kept dust-free and that all service counters be maintained in a hygienic condition. Furthermore, she directed that racks and cupboards be properly numbered and flagged to ensure that the specific locations of files can be easily identified.

She issued instructions for the immediate disposal of damaged furniture and unnecessary materials. During the inspection, the DM observed that several files and registers were lying in a disorganized manner on the employees' desks. She directed that the necessary cupboards be procured to ensure the secure storage of all office records. She further mandated that daily entries be made in the Inward-Outward Register and that pending correspondence be reviewed on a weekly basis.

The DM directed that all registers be maintained and kept up-to-date in strict accordance with departmental standards. The District Magistrate made it clear that no form of negligence or laxity in the execution of office duties would be tolerated. She directed that erring employees be identified and subjected to punitive action. Additionally, she issued instructions to utilize funds in strict adherence to financial regulations and to maintain complete transparency in all official operations.
