The watchman of Bilauti village has issued a written statement refuting the claim of kinship made by suspended constable Ashish Tiwari. Questions have been raised regarding the claim made by suspended constable Ashish Tiwari, who identified himself as Bharat Tiwari's brother. Raj Kumar Ojha, the watchman of Bilauti village in Ara district, has issued a written statement clarifying that he has no familial relationship whatsoever with Ashish Tiwari.

In his statement, watchman Raj Kumar Ojha said that the suspended constable spread misinformation by claiming him as a brother.
