BHABHUA---------------------------The police from Belav station in Rampur block have achieved significant success in their ongoing campaign against cattle smuggling. During a vehicle check near Pachhera Bridge, the police recovered two buffaloes from a pickup truck and seized the vehicle.
In this case, the police arrested Suresh Nat (aged approximately 60), son of the late Bilas Nat and a resident of Parmalpur village (Sonhan police station area, Kaimur district). According to police sources, the smugglers were transporting the buffaloes illegally from one location to another. Station House Officer (SHO) Paramhans Kumar stated that one smuggler was arrested along with the vehicle and the animals, and further action is being taken.
