PREPARATIONS FOR REFORMS IN EDUCATION SYSTEM

PATNA--------------------------The state government has taken several significant decisions to make the education system in Bihar more robust, high-quality, and student-centric. Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary announced four major initiatives aimed at reforming the education sector.

A special state-level committee has been constituted to ensure quality education in every school across the state. The committee's objective is to develop schools into centers of excellence and ensure continuous improvement in students' learning outcomes.

A state-level examination reform committee has been formed to make examinations smoother, more transparent, fair, and modern. This committee will provide recommendations on integrating technology and AI into board exams, competitive exams, and classroom-based assessments, enabling a better evaluation of students' knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills.

Special outreach camps will be organized to improve the education system and address students' concerns. At these camps, the Chief Minister, ministers, Members of Parliament (MPs), and Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) will interact directly with students to listen to their suggestions and grievances.

Directorates will be established within the relevant departments to ensure better coordination and effective implementation of various student welfare initiatives.

Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary stated that the Bihar government is committed to providing quality education, establishing a superior and modern examination system, and building a bright future for students.
