RAJIV NAYAN AGRAWAL

SASARAM-------------------------Led by Sandeep Kumar Soni, the BJP’s Sasaram City President, a high-level delegation filed a formal FIR against Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge at the Sasaram Town Police Station on Monday. BJP leaders submitted a formal written application to the Station House Officer (SHO), demanding a thorough investigation into the matter and the initiation of prompt legal action. Sandeep Kumar Soni, the City President who led the delegation, stated that no one has the right to undermine the nation's democratic environment, social harmony, or the dignity of its constitutional institutions. He noted that there is significant public outrage over the persistent, irresponsible statements being made by the top leadership of the Congress party. The BJP strongly opposes such remarks and demands the strictest possible legal action against those responsible. During the meeting, Advocate Kamlesh Kumar Sinha, convener of the party's Legal Cell, clarified the legal position, emphasizing that the law applies equally to everyone, regardless of the constitutional or political office they may hold. He urged the police and administration to conduct an impartial investigation—free from any external pressure—and to proceed with the necessary legal action. The delegation included several BJP members, such as Gupteshwar Gupta (State Executive Committee member), Vijay Singh (District Vice-President), Madhuri Soni (Executive Committee member, Legal Cell), Advocate Kamlesh Kumar Sinha (Legal Cell Convener), Manoj Kumar, Pratibha Pallavi, Amarjit Kumar Srivastava, Kapil Dev Chaudhary, Santosh Kumar (Vice-President), Bajrangi Gupta, Satish Kumar, Civil Yadav, Sonu Mehta, Rohit Singh, and Dinesh Kumar.
