ARA---------------------------A district-level conference was held today at the Red Cross Society auditorium to mark the 75th foundation day of the Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh; the event was presided over by Mahant Shriramkinkar Das Ji Maharaj. The proceedings began with the lighting of a ceremonial lamp accompanied by the chanting of Vedic mantras, followed by the offering of floral tributes to the portraits of Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, and Prof. Balraj Madhok. Speaking as the keynote speaker, the national president of the Jan Sangh, Acharya Bharatbhushan Pandey, stated that the present era has become the most challenging for human civilization. Educated youth, chanting the slogan "my choice" (*meri marzi*), have unwittingly fallen prey to an anarchic and anti-social frenzy. A generation leaning toward gender transition and homosexual behavior has become entirely devoid of any sense of familial or social responsibility. Crime is rampant in society, and corruption is at its peak within the administration. The entire world has been plunged into war for the sake of commercial gain. In such times, there is a need for a robust socio-cultural organization that can keep society united, halt cultural and educational erosion, and exert an effective check on those in power. The Jan Sangh is fulfilling this very role. He noted that 75 years ago, when Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee founded the Jan Sangh, he declared three primary objectives: an undivided India (*Akhand Bharat*), the protection of bovine progeny, and an Indian-centric approach to education and culture. Acharya emphasized that these three goals remain eternally relevant for the salvation of the nation, and the Jan Sangh continues to march steadfastly along its chosen path, unconcerned with the pursuit of power, personal comfort, or electoral votes. He further remarked that Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya called for a transformation of the system rather than merely the acquisition of power, while Prof. Balraj Madhok developed a vision for societal structure rooted in the principles of nationalism, democracy, public welfare, and equal respect for all faiths. This can be achieved not through the government, but through a strong and conscious society—a goal for which the 'Jansangh' is actively working. Senior Advocate Lakshmi Narayan Rai and social worker Shivdas Singh stated that, under the leadership of Acharya Bharatbhushan Pandey, the Jansangh is emerging as a compelling alternative to existing political parties. Former Public Prosecutor (PP) Nageshwar Dubey remarked that society can only be safeguarded by supporting good, upright individuals. Ram Prakash Pandey delivered the welcome address, the proceedings were conducted by Bhuvan, and the vote of thanks was proposed by Satyendra Narayan Singh. On this occasion, several prominent intellectuals and activists—including Madheshwar Nath Pandey, Dr. Satyanarayan Upadhyay, Dr. Renu Mishra, Aditya Rai Sharma, Dr. Ashok Kumar Subu, S. K. Singh, Vidyadhar Prasad, Murari Mohan Ojha, Dr. Kumar Sheelbhadra, Sharad Singh, Alakh Anadi, Vishwanath Dubey, Mahendra Pandey, Harendra Pandey, Rajkumar Singh, Kamdev Kumar, Vinod Paswan, Vijay Singh, Shankar Narayan Pathak, Arvind, and Pintu Singh—pledged their commitment to strengthening the Jansangh.
