This update is important for passengers who book tickets via mobile. NBL STUDIO Facebook Twitter Indian Railways is upgrading its digital ticketing system. From March 1, the UTS app used for general ticket booking will be discontinued and replaced by the new super app, 'RailOne'. Now, all ticketing services will be available on a single platform. Until now, passengers could book general and platform tickets online through the UTS app, but now all these services will be available on the RailOne app. Launched last year, RailOne is an all-in-one digital platform for passengers. The RailOne app allows passengers to book general, reserved, and platform tickets. Services like IRCTC Rail Connect, NTES, Rail Madad, and Food on Track are also included, eliminating the need for separate apps. Special features of the RailOne app: Passengers can easily book general, reserved, and platform tickets through RailOne. The app provides real-time access to live train status, delay information, coach position, and platform details. Additionally, the app also offers the ability to check PNR status, cancel tickets, and order food from IRCTC-authorized vendors. The Rail Madad feature also allows passengers to book food from their mobile phones. You can lodge complaints, suggestions, and service requests. According to the Railways, RailOne is designed to provide passengers with all digital services related to ticketing and travel on a single platform, making the entire process more convenient and secure.
