ARA---------------------------Ajit Pandey, a music teacher from Bhojpur, was honored with the Art Educator Award at the World Music Day celebration and Art Educator Award ceremony held at the Patna Museum. The award was presented by Dr. Surendra Kumar—Joint Director of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) under the Bihar Government's Education Department—at the event organized by the 'Performing and Visual Art Educators of Bihar'. It is noteworthy that Ajit Pandey is a music teacher at Ram Barat Singh +2 School in Khnani Kalan, located in the Piro block of Bhojpur. He was conferred this award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the fields of education and music.

On this occasion, Mr. Pandey also performed a vocal recital in *Raag Miyan Malhar*. He is currently receiving musical training from Vidushi Bimla Devi and Pandit Ramprakash Mishra. As an emerging classical vocalist from Bhojpur, Ajit Pandey is making a name for himself across the state. Lecturers Dr. Jainendra, Rajiv Ranjan, Dr. Vishal Bhushan, and Mr. Uday Pandit, along with Guru Bakshi Vikas, have congratulated him on this achievement.
