MINOR BOY CRUSHED TO DEATH

ARA----------------------------On Monday, an unknown vehicle ran over an eight-year-old boy near a private hospital in Dhanupra, under the Town police station area, on the Ara-Patna four-lane. He died on the spot. The incident caused panic in the surrounding area.

Meanwhile, local residents were enraged by the incident. They blocked the road near Dhanupra, demanding compensation. During the blockade, people also set fire to tires. The blockade completely halted vehicular traffic for three and a half hours.

Upon receiving the information, the Town Police Station Officer arrived at the scene with police force. After considerable effort, the police persuaded the people to clear the blockade. The post-mortem of the body was conducted at Sadar Hospital.

According to information, the deceased boy is Krishna Kumar, the 8-year-old son of Sonu Kumar alias Sonu Bind, a resident of Ghazipur village in the Sinha police station area. He currently lived in Dhanupra, under the Town police station area.

Here, the grandfather of the deceased child, Ramashankar Bind, said that they were in the garden at Dhanupra. At that time, his grandson Krishna Kumar was walking along the roadside. At that time, a luxury wheeler vehicle coming from the opposite direction, coming from the wrong side, ran over him. Due to which he died on the spot. It is said that the deceased child was the only child of his parents. After the incident, there was chaos in the house of the deceased child. His mother Shanti Devi and all the family members were in a bad condition due to crying.
