ARA--------------------------The demand to transfer engineers who have been posted at the same location within the Ara Electricity Department for an extended period has now emerged as a serious issue among the general public. When an officer or engineer remains stationed at a single location for years, questions inevitably arise regarding the transparency and impartiality of the operational workflow. This not only adversely affects departmental functioning but also compels ordinary consumers to face a multitude of difficulties.

Local residents assert that the pace of systemic reform has slowed down due to the continued presence of certain engineers who have remained entrenched in their positions for a prolonged duration. Issues such as delays in resolving complaints, unsatisfactory conduct toward consumers, and irregularities in operational procedures frequently come to light. Under these circumstances, periodic transfers are essential to ensure that the system retains a sense of renewed energy and accountability.

In a critical sector like the Electricity Department, transparency and accountability are paramount, as they directly impact the daily lives of the general public. Therefore, the government and the concerned department must take this matter with the utmost seriousness and ensure the transfer of engineers who have been stationed at the same location for an extended period.

Such measures would not only strengthen the departmental framework but also bolster public trust and facilitate the delivery of improved services to the people.
