ARA---------------------------The case involving the death of Bharat Bhushan Tiwari in an encounter in Bhojpur district has now taken a political turn. Senior Congress leader and Chairman of the Legislative Council's Library Committee, Madan Mohan Jha, visited Bilauti village on Tuesday. There, he met the deceased's family, listened to their grievances, and gathered details about the incident. He stated unequivocally that the case appears to be a murder rather than an encounter.

Madan Mohan Jha offered his condolences and support to Bharat Bhushan Tiwari's family. He inquired about the details of the incident and shared in their grief. The atmosphere was emotionally charged, with the family repeatedly demanding justice.

Speaking to reporters at the scene, Madan Mohan Jha remarked that, prima facie, the incident does not appear to be an encounter. He stated that, based on available facts, it seems to be a premeditated act in which a grave injustice was committed against Bharat Bhushan Tiwari. He added that labeling this incident an encounter amounts to turning a blind eye to the truth.

The Congress leader also questioned the role of the police. He alleged that at the time of the incident, when... When Bharat Bhushan Tiwari was shot, his father was detained at the police station. He termed this an act of police insensitivity and stated that such conduct raises several serious questions.

Madan Mohan Jha called for a high-level and impartial inquiry into the entire matter. He demanded that the strictest possible action be taken against the guilty, regardless of who they might be. He further remarked that those attempting to justify this incident should reconsider their stance.

He made it clear that the Congress party would fight at every level to secure justice for the victim's family. If necessary, the issue would be raised on a larger scale, and a public movement would be launched.

The Bilauti incident is no longer merely a criminal case; it is evolving into an issue that challenges the justice system and the rule of law.
