ARA-----------------------------On the very first day of the Matriculation exam, images emerged of some students scaling the boundary wall to enter, raising questions about the entire system.
On the very first day of the Matriculation exam in Ara, such a commotion erupted that the exam atmosphere descended into chaos. The Matriculation exam, conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board, began at 36 examination centers in Bhojpur district. However, the situation escalated when a student who arrived late was denied entry at the Government Girls Plus Two High School in Ara city.
A total of 41,410 candidates are appearing for the exam this time in Bhojpur district. There are 26 examination centers in Ara city, six in the Jagdishpur subdivision, and four in the Piro subdivision. Strict instructions were given to close the gates before the exam begins. But when a student arrived late and was prevented from entering, angry parents launched a protest.
According to eyewitnesses, there was loud sloganeering at the gate, and some parents even attempted to break down the main gate. The atmosphere became so tense that a large crowd gathered outside the school campus. Meanwhile, images emerged of some students being forced to enter by scaling the boundary wall, raising questions about the entire system.
Security arrangements were utterly flouted at a sensitive time like an examination. The police and administration struggled to control the situation. However, the situation was later brought under control, and the examination continued as scheduled.
As usual, this time too, tensions were witnessed over late-arriving candidates. The rules are clear: no entry after the deadline. However, citing parental pressure and the children's futures at stake, attempts to break the rules were once again evident.
The question now arises: when the strictness of the examination is already established, why is there this uproar at the gate every year? Will the discipline of the examination also continue to break under the pressure of the crowd?
