ARA---------------------------The body of an army soldier was found hanging from a fan hook in the afternoon in the neighborhood behind the New Karman Tola bus stand in the Nawada police station area. A black mark was found on the deceased soldier's neck. His wife is said to have committed suicide. The incident has caused a stir in the surrounding area. Upon receiving the information, Nawada police arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and conducted a post-mortem at Sadar Hospital.

According to information, the deceased is Vijendra Kumar, 36, son of Gurcharan Singh, a resident of Nano village in the Karakat police station area of ​​Rohtas district. For nearly six years, he had lived with his wife and children in a rented house in the neighborhood behind the New Karman Tola bus stand in the Nawada police station area. He was posted with the 225th Regiment in Kolkata, West Bengal. According to information, he had returned to Kolkata from his leave 10 days ago. But he had returned home on Saturday to attend his sister-in-law's wedding.

It is being reported that he had invested approximately two lakh rupees in the stock market, which was lost. Depressed, he locked his room door on Sunday afternoon and hanged himself from the ceiling fan. When the door remained unopened for a long time, his wife peeked through the window and saw him hanging from the ceiling fan. She then informed the local police station and the landlord. Police arrived, but the body had previously been brought down by family members.

It is reported that the deceased was the eldest of two brothers and a sister. His family consists of his wife, Manorama Devi, and two sons, Rohit Kumar and Lakshya Kumar.
