BUXAR------------------------Rohit Dubey—a young author and son of the late Dr. Baijnath Dubey of Buxar—shared his insights at a literary and motivational interactive event held at the Quill and Canvas bookstore in Gurugram (Gurgaon). Organized by Jashn Events, this special program brought together eminent authors, management experts, and thinkers from various fields across the country.

Addressing the gathering, Rohit Dubey stated that in today's competitive era, merely obtaining a degree does not guarantee success. For the youth, cultivating self-discipline, personality development, leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and core life values is equally important. He encouraged young people to engage in continuous learning, boost their self-confidence, and face challenges with courage.

On this occasion, Ravi Valluri (former CEO, Chhattisgarh East Railway), Siladitya Mukhopadhyay (Senior HR Expert and GM-HR), and Chetna Sridhar (Behavioral Expert) also shared their views. The speakers engaged in detailed discussions on significant topics such as leadership, literature, career development, human behavior, and social responsibility.

The event was successfully organized by Seema, the founder of Jashn Events, and her team. Focused on literature, leadership, and personality development, the program provided a meaningful platform for dialogue and learning among authors, readers, and the youth.

It is worth noting that Rohit Dubey is the author of the acclaimed books "30 Lessons Not Taught in School" and "Letter To My Son." As an author, engineer, and martial artist, he frequently shares his views on platforms regarding youth personality development, life skills, and leadership building. His ideas continue to receive widespread appreciation among the youth.
