ARA-----------------------------A formal groundbreaking ceremony (*Bhoomi Pujan*) was conducted on Friday for the construction of the proposed Panchayat Government Building in Rajeiya Panchayat, located within the Piro Block. Panchayat Head (*Mukhiya*) Priyanka Kumari laid the foundation stone for the building amidst traditional religious rituals. Speaking on the occasion, Mukhiya Priyanka Kumari noted that there had been a long-standing demand in the area for the construction of a Panchayat Government Building. She expressed satisfaction that this demand has finally been fulfilled. Once completed, the Panchayat Government Building will spare local residents the trouble of making repeated trips to the Block Office for various essential administrative tasks. All Panchayat-level officials and staff will be stationed under a single roof to address and resolve the issues and grievances of the general public, thereby providing immense convenience to the people. Specifically, services such as applications for Caste, Income, and Residence certificates; land mutation (*Dakhil Kharij*); land record rectification (*Parimarjan*); Land Ownership certificates; and Social Security pensions will be processed online directly from the Panchayat Government Building. Residents will no longer need to visit the Block Office for these purposes. The Mukhiya, Sarpanch, and Panchayat Secretary will be present at the Panchayat Government Building to listen to the people's concerns and ensure their prompt resolution. Several dignitaries were present at the event, including the Panchayat Secretary, the Mukhiya's representative Dinesh Kumar Singh, and Mukesh Kumar Yadav.
