BUXAR--------------------------On the eve of Raksha Bandhan, an eco-friendly Rakhi-making competition was organized for students from classes 1 to 10 at Heritage School, Buxar. The objective of the competition was to encourage creativity, a love for nature, a spirit of environmental conservation, and the ability to bring imagination to life among the students. Adhering to the guidelines provided by the school, students crafted a series of stunning *rakhis* using natural and eco-friendly materials available in their surroundings. They showcased their artistic flair through the creative use of leaves, grains, whole spices, grass, beads, clay, and other natural and household items.
The standout feature of the *rakhis* was not merely the use of natural materials, but the artistic and meticulous way the students assembled them into beautiful, eye-catching designs. Arranging leaves to form the *rakhi* structure, creatively utilizing buds and stems, and patterning grains and spices of various colors demonstrated the children's remarkable imagination and artistic talent.
Students from classes 1 to 10 participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. Teachers and members of the School Management Committee carefully observed and evaluated the *rakhis* created by students from each class. Outstanding entries were selected based on criteria such as creativity, use of natural materials, presentation, originality, and artistic appeal.
The selected students were awarded prizes and honors by the school. Additionally, to boost the children's enthusiasm and morale, a large number of participants received incentive awards, encouraging them to recognize their talents and inspiring them to bring new creative ideas to life in the future.
Appreciating the students' creative talent, the school management remarked that when children are given the opportunity to think independently, express their imagination, and work under proper guidance, their latent talent shines at its best.
The school community congratulated all the participating students and wished them a bright, creative, and successful future. Gratitude was also expressed to all the teachers, parents, and students who contributed to the success of the event.
