ARA--------------------------Coordinated efforts are underway to find a long-term and effective solution to the waterlogging problem in the Zero Mile area of ​​Ara. Relevant departments and executing agencies have been instructed to accelerate the work and complete it quickly in order to strengthen the drainage system.

To bolster the drainage system in the Zero Mile area, the Road Construction Department is carrying out drainage work, while BUDCO is executing storm drainage work; simultaneously, the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited is constructing the necessary cross-drains connecting the two.

A portion of the cross-drain work being executed by the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited has already been completed, and work on the remaining section is proceeding rapidly towards early completion.

The District Magistrate has directed that the work be completed quickly on a priority basis, ensuring coordination among all relevant departments and executing agencies.

This coordinated drainage project represents a significant step towards strengthening drainage capacity in the Zero Mile area and providing city residents with long-term, effective relief from the problem of waterlogging.

Once the work is completed, a permanent and substantial improvement in resolving waterlogging issues in Zero Mile and surrounding areas is expected.
