TWO YOUTHS KILLED IN BUXAR VILLAGE

BUXAR (RNI) Motorcycle borne two youths were killed when a truck collided head-on with their motorcycle on Koransarai Canal Bridge under Koransarai police station in Buxar in the morning today. The deceased were identified as Abhay Kumar alias Fagu son of Raj Kumar Gond and Vikas alias Satya Gond son of Manoj Gond of Basgitiya village under Koransarai police station. Police recovered the bodies and brought them to the Buxar Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The police also seized the truck though the driver of the truck fled away from the scene. Irate villagers blocked the Koransarai-Chaugai main road and paralyzed movement of vehicles. They raised slogans against the district administration and demanded arrest of the driver at the earliest and compensation for the families of the deceased. The blockade could be lifted after the positive response of the police officials.

SHO Koransarai police station Amit Kumar said that Abhay Kumar alias Fagu and Vikas alias Satya Gond had gone to the nearby petrol pump to fill petrol in their motorcycle in the morning and when they reached on Koransarai Canal Bridge, a truck collided head-on with the motorcycle killing both the youths on spot.
