KAIMUR POLICE ARRESTED DRUG PEDDLER, SEIZED 52.14 GRAMS OF HEROIN AND Rs 4,22,460

BHABHUA (RNI) Kaimur police, acting on a tip off, arrested a drug peddler and seized 52.14 grams of heroin and Rs. 4,22,460 in cash from under Kudara police station in Kaimur district. An FIR was lodged with the police under Kudara police station against the arrested drug peddler in this regard under 251/25 section 8©/21/27 (A) NDPCS Act and the police sent him to jail after interrogation. The arrested drug peddler was identified Raj Kumar alias Arvind Ram.

SHO Kudara police station Vikas Kumar said that the police have launched campaign against drug and drug addicts. He said that the police got information on June 2, 2025 late evening, that the drug peddler was dealing in heroin. A police team was formed under the SHO on the instruction of the senior police officials, conducted raid in the house of Raj Kumar alias Arvind Ram 22 son of Nand Kishore Ram alias Kishori Ram at Lalpur of Nagar Panchayat Kudara Ward No 2, and seized 52.14 grams of heroin and about Rs. 4.22 lakh in cash, micro electronic weighing scales and yellow chart paper from Godrej Almirah. If people are to be believed, ever since the video of drug peddlers went viral, the police intensified action against drug peddler and as a result the police are getting success against drug peddlers.
