ARA------------------------------A case of rape involving a 4-year-old girl has come to light in Shahpur, Bhojpur district. The incident took place within the jurisdiction of the Shahpur Nagar Panchayat. In this regard, based on the formal statement (Fardbayan) provided by the victim's mother, a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered at the Shahpur Police Station against the accused—a 13-year-old boy. Regarding the incident, it is reported that on May 10, around 12:00 PM, the accused 13-year-old boy took the 4-year-old girl to the roof of a house and raped her. A case has been registered at the Shahpur Police Station under charges of rape and the POCSO Act in connection with this matter.
