Chandan stated that police officials intimidated him and expressed concern that Bharat Tiwari would not receive justice... Chandan Tiwari, the brother of the man killed in the police encounter, has made a grave allegation against Bhojpur SP Raj, claiming the SP entered his home two nights ago to intimidate him and pressure him into withdrawing the murder case filed against police officers. He asserted that justice for Bharat Tiwari is impossible as long as these officials remain in their posts. He further questioned why the Shahpur Station House Officer (SHO) and the Jagdishpur Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO)—who have been named in the murder FIR—have not yet been arrested. However, in a video, the SP is clearly heard saying, "I have come here to listen to what you have to say."
