ARA--------------------------Rashtriya Janata Dal’s State General Secretary Manoj Singh took part in the indefinite protest being held by the villagers at Semara village of Badahra block against the blocking of the path of many houses. He said that the he was told by the villagers that in Semara village, JD(U)’s MLC and Chief Whip Sanjay Gandhi has occupied the land of the Bihar government in his village Semara and has blocked the path of about 500 houses for many days against which the villagers are staging an indefinite protest. He said that in this regard, he had talked to the DM and CO, Bhojpur to resolve the problem of the villagers’ path as soon as possible and added that if it is not resolved soon, the protest will continue. He added that due to MLC Sanjay Gandhi being close to Nitish Kumar and in favour of the government, the administration is afraid of taking action.
Along with the State General Secretary, RJD's slum cell district president Nand ji Rai, treasurer Ramtapasya ji, Dharmendra Yadav, Nishikant Yadav, Laxman Singh, Akash Paswan were mainly present in the protest. Among the villagers protesting, Ranveer Singh, Rambabu Singh, Nakul Singh, Santosh Pandey, Sudarshan Paswan, Bhai Bhikhari, Vijay Yadav, Anil Singh, Satendra Singh and others were present.
