QUEER ARE THE WAYS OF THE VKSU

Here is yet another bizarre occurrence. A massive fraud has come to light regarding the recruitment of Assistant Professors by the Bihar State University Service Commission—specifically concerning experience certificates. ARA-----------------------------Here is yet another bizarre occurrence. A massive fraud has come to light regarding the recruitment of Assistant Professors by the Bihar State University Service Commission—specifically concerning experience certificates. The scandal has sparked widespread outrage and public condemnation. Had the certificates been properly scrutinized right from the start, perhaps we would not have had to witness such a shameful situation, nor would the department have faced such severe embarrassment.

When appointments were made on the basis of these fraudulent experience certificates and fake credentials, fully qualified candidates—holding qualifications such as NET, JRF, and PhD—were left deprived of the opportunity to secure a position. This constitutes a blatant squandering of talent. The Commission must be held accountable for such a gross injustice and must face appropriate punitive action.

It appears as though the Commission has completely botched the entire process. Reports continue to appear in newspapers daily, yet the department seems to be in a deep slumber—completely oblivious to the unfolding crisis. And even when it does stir, it moves at the pace of a centipede—slow and ineffective.

To date, no concrete steps appear to have been taken to verify the certificates. After all, who is supposed to conduct this verification? The Commission keeps passing the buck—at times shifting the responsibility to the universities, and at other times to the college principals. Now, even if an inquiry were to be initiated, whose credentials would be scrutinized? Would it be limited to candidates from Bihar, or would those from Uttar Pradesh be included as well? While verifying the credentials of candidates from Bihar might be feasible, how exactly would the certificates of those from Uttar Pradesh be authenticated? There is currently no clear answer to this question.

We are now in the sixth year of this process, yet the recruitment drive remains incomplete. Hail to you, O Commission! The Commission still has an opportunity to redeem itself: conduct a thorough inquiry, separate the wheat from the chaff, and restore your credibility.

Principled individuals belonging to other political parties, inspired by the policies of the Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the work undertaken by the Bharatiya Janata Party, wish to join the BJP. However, the Bharatiya Janata Party adheres to its own distinct policies and procedures regarding whom to induct into the organization and whom to exclude. Currently, a state of instability and disarray prevails within most of the country's opposition parties; this situation is particularly pronounced in West Bengal and is expected to intensify further.

If a criminal commits an offense, the police will take strict action against them. The Bihar Police have been granted full autonomy to maintain law and order. A stern response is also being meted out to those criminals who refuse to abide by the law and attack the police. Continuous operations and encounters against criminals are taking place across the state; for those criminals who are unwilling to reform on their own, the law will step in to bring them to justice and ensure their reformation.
