PROTEST MARCH AGAINST LIFE SENTENCE TO COMRADE JITENDRA PASWAN AND TWO OTHERS

ARA------------------------ML leader Jitendra Paswan was sentenced to life imprisonment as part of a political conspiracy - Shiv Prakash Ranjan!

Following a statewide call by the CPI-ML and Inquilabi Naujavan Sabha, a protest march was held in Arrah against the life imprisonment sentence given to CPI-ML State Committee member and Inquilabi Naujavan Sabha State President Jitendra Paswan in a false case. This protest march started from the ML District Office in Sritola and reached the bus stand, turning into a meeting!

Addressing the gathering, CPI(ML) State Committee member and former Agiaon MLA Shiv Prakash Ranjan stated that on February 13th, the Gopalganj District Court sentenced Comrade Jitendra Paswan, CPI(ML) State Committee member and RYA State President Jitendra Paswan, and Comrade Shriram Kushwaha Bhore (Gopalganj) to life imprisonment and a fine of ₹50,000 in a false murder case. Five other innocent people are already serving life sentences in the same murder case. He further stated that the entire case is the result of political vendetta by JDU Minister Sunil Kumar. In the 2020 Assembly elections, CPI(ML) candidate Comrade Jitendra Paswan was defeated by a mere 400 votes in the Bhore Assembly constituency, and JDU candidate Sunil Kumar was declared the winner.

Similarly, former MLA Comrade Manoj Manzil was also implicated in a false murder case as part of a political conspiracy. This is the second incident of a CPI(ML) leader being removed from the path. This incident is part of the BJP's conspiracy to create an opposition-less India and suppress the voice of the opposition.

Further, former MLA Shiv Prakash Ranjan said that Jitendra Paswan had become a favorite of the poor and backward Dalits in the entire Tirhut region, including Bhore, and therefore had become a thorn in the eyes of the JDU and BJP. Therefore, he has been implicated in a false case through a political conspiracy.

On the other hand, there has been a spate of rapes of daughters throughout Bihar, but instead of apprehending and punishing the rapists and the culprits, opposition leaders who speak out against them are being implicated in false cases. The meeting was chaired and conducted by RYA District Secretary Vishal Kumar.

Central Committee member Abhiyudaya Ji, RYA State Secretary and former MLA of Agiaon Shiv Prakash Ranjan, CPI(ML) State Committee member Kayamuddin Ansari, City Secretary Sudhir Singh, AISA State Secretary Sabir Kumar, District Office Secretary Dilraj Pritam, AISA District Secretary Vikas Kumar, Kamlesh Yadav, Shahnawaz Alam, Dina Ji, Rajesh Kumar, Sushil Yadav, Akhilesh Gupta, Kanhaiya Kumar, Ritesh Paswan, Jaishankar Kumar, Roshan Kushwaha, Sunny Deol, Sanoj Kumar, Kunal Kumar, Sahil Arora, Neetu Kumari, Vivek Yadav, Amit Kumar Yadav, along with hundreds of people were present in this program.
