PRESIDENT AND GENERAL SECRETARY ARE APPREHENSIVE: DEEPAK KUMAR SINGH
The current President and General Secretary of the Association are apprehensive. As the new session begins, a series of clandestine meetings are underway to determine the appointment of the Returning Officer and the formation of a three-member committee, as well as to decide who should be declared the candidate for the presidency this time around. Their priority is currently to scout for potential "vote-splitters," after which they will turn their attention to selecting a presidential candidate; consequently, they will not announce a date for convening the General Body meeting.

ARA----------------------------The current President and General Secretary of the Association are apprehensive.
Mr. President, the election for the Arrah Advocates' Association (Bhojpur) will take place under any circumstances. You may resort to any stratagem you wish, but electoral rigging will not be tolerated; the general body of learned advocates remains vigilant.
The Bihar Bar Council, Patna, has also completely thwarted your objectives. The appointment of the Returning Officer must be ratified by the General Body—a process you are now mandated to facilitate. Furthermore, the election must be concluded, without fail, before July 22, 2026. We—the entire electorate of learned advocates—will ensure that this democratic process is upheld.
This time, the Association's election will be contested on three key issues: exploitation, misappropriation, and embezzlement.
The Association's esteemed and learned members will hold accountable those who are currently running the organization in an arbitrary manner, having completely cast aside the Association's honorable Uniform Rules.
The Association's premises are currently being air-conditioned using funds provided by the Government of Bihar; not a single penny from the Association's own coffers has been utilized for this project. Similarly, the renovation of the restrooms was executed by the Arrah Municipal Corporation.
To date, no financial statement detailing the income and expenditure of their tenure has been submitted. While the nomination fees have been deposited into the bank account, the remaining total income of the Association is being arbitrarily divided and misappropriated by the duo; an investigation into this matter is inevitable.
