--During the "Dialogue with Teachers and Students" program held at Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, a five-member delegation from the *All Bihar Ph.D. Degree Holders & Research Scholars' Association*—led by Mr. Kumud Patel—met the Honorable Governor and submitted a memorandum outlining the key demands of research scholars and candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors. The delegation comprised Kumud Patel, Abhishek Mehta, Sushil Tiger, Piyush Kumar, and Ratnesh Kumar.

ARA--------------------------During the "Dialogue with Teachers and Students" program held at Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, a five-member delegation from the *All Bihar Ph.D. Degree Holders & Research Scholars' Association*—led by Mr. Kumud Patel—met the Honorable Governor and submitted a memorandum outlining the key demands of research scholars and candidates aspiring to become Assistant Professors. The Honorable Governor listened to our concerns seriously and assured us that issues pertaining to research scholars and higher education would be considered in a positive and fair manner.
This meeting represented not just a single delegation, but the collective voice of thousands of Ph.D. degree holders, NET/JRF qualifiers, and research scholars across Bihar. We are confident that this effort will prove to be a significant step towards strengthening the higher education system.
The struggle will continue until research scholars receive the respect and rights they deserve.
