This cultural program is scheduled to commence at 2:45 PM in the air-conditioned hall of the Goyal Dharamshala, located at Veer Kunwar Singh Chowk in the city. During the event, renowned artists from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are set to mesmerize music enthusiasts with their performances.
