Sources reveal that the physiotherapy center is functioning without a valid registration certificate; however, the fact that this has gone unnoticed by—or unaddressed by—senior officials raises suspicions of potential collusion.

Located on Nai Sadak, Nawab Bahadur Road—specifically within the lane of Madrasa Suleimaniya (Chowa Lal Lane)—the Move Well Physio Care Center is being operated illegally. According to sources, the proprietor has encroached upon the land to establish the center, seemingly to ensure that senior officials remain unable to raise objections or initiate any punitive action. A matter of grave concern is the conduct of the individual in charge—who claims to be a doctor—as he frequently engages in rude and abusive behavior toward patients, a pattern of misconduct that continues unabated. Furthermore, the Move Well Physio Care facility has been constructed not only on encroached land but also by erecting a gate that encroaches upon municipal corporation property. Despite lacking a formal degree, the proprietor attempts to mislead the public by displaying signage claiming five years of professional experience. Most alarmingly, despite an unregistered physiotherapy center having operated openly in a residential lane for such an extended period, no administrative action has been taken against it thus far. Consequently, verbal altercations with patients have become a routine occurrence at the facility.
