MOTHER OF FOUR COMMITS SUICIDE UNDER THE WHEEL OF RUNNING TRAIN AT ARA RAILWAY STATION

ARA (RNI) A woman and mother of four children, after quarrel with her husband, committed suicide under the wheel of a running train near the rail ward at Ara railway station under Danapur rail division of the East Central Railway (ECR), Hajipur. She had seated her minor son on the platform before committing suicide so that he could be saved. The GRP recovered the body and brought it to the Ara Sadar Hospital for postmortem. The deceased was identified as Sanju Devi 29 wife of Ganesh Singh of Jamuaw village under Sandesh police station in Bhojpur district.

Vikas Yadav, brother of the deceased said that she had talked with him on mobile in the night for about one and half an hour. Next day early in the morning, when he was sleeping, she called on mobile and said that his brother-in-law (jija) was abusing her but she did not said the reason of quarrel. At about she along with her younger son Rishi set out of the house at about 10am and in the meanwhile the police informed about the incident.

Mother-in-law of the deceased said that when she called her on mobile, she said that she was going to her brother to meet him and so she was taking her younger son with her and she will return by evening. She said that she did not know about quarrel with her husband. .
