MINOR GIRL GIVEN TO PROSPECTIVE ADOPTIVE PARENTS OF RAJASTHAN

ARA------------------------The District Magistrate of Bhojpur, Tanay Sultania, handed over a girl residing at the Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA), Bhojpur, to prospective adoptive parents hailing from Udaipur (Rajasthan) under the framework of pre-adoption foster care. This process was completed in strict accordance with the guidelines issued by the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA).

On this occasion, the District Magistrate urged the adoptive parents to ensure the proper care, protection, and upbringing of the child. Furthermore, he directed the Assistant Director of the Child Protection Unit, Bhojpur, to ensure regular follow-ups and monitoring regarding the child's welfare and holistic development. He also informed the public that any parents wishing to adopt a child may apply and register through the official website of the Central Adoption Resource Authority: cara.wcd.gov.in.

Present on this occasion were the Assistant Director of the Child Protection Unit, the Child Protection Officer, and the Coordinator of the Specialized Adoption Agency.
