ARA-------------------------District Magistrate Tanay Sultania chaired an important meeting via video conferencing to review the progress of farmer registration work in the district. During the block-wise review, the District Magistrate clearly instructed all concerned officials to expedite the farmer registration process.

He stated that maximum number of farmers should be registered. Mr. Sultania specifically directed that all farmers with land records registered in their names be compulsorily registered.

The District Magistrate also emphasized the need for continuous monitoring of farmer registration work and the timely completion of 100% registration in accordance with the set target. He directed officials to ensure maximum registration by effectively mobilizing farmers through door-to-door campaigns.

In addition, senior officials of all blocks were directed to regularly monitor the progress of farmer registration in their respective blocks to ensure no slackness in achieving the target. Deputy Development Commissioner Bhojpur, Additional Collector Bhojpur, District Agriculture Officer, all Block Development Officers, all Circle Officers, all Block Agriculture Officers and other related officers were present in the meeting.
