During the review of Farmer Registration, the District Magistrate directed all Circle Officers and Block Agriculture Officers to ensure that at least 1,500 farmer registrations are completed across the district tomorrow. He instructed the District Agriculture Officer to ensure that all Agriculture Coordinators and Agriculture Advisors facilitate the registration of the maximum possible number of farmers. The District Magistrate directed all Circle Officers to prioritize the disposal of tasks related to *Dakhil-Kharij* (Mutation) and *Parimarjan* (Data Correction), thereby facilitating the registration of a greater number of farmers. He issued instructions to ensure the swift resolution of issues such as errors in *Khesra* (plot) numbers, discrepancies in name matching, etc. Additionally, all Sub-Divisional Officers and DCLRs were directed to regularly monitor the progress of farmer registration.

He emphasized that if any errors are detected in the data at any stage, they must be rectified immediately. He stated that census operations constitute one of the government's key priorities; therefore, no laxity whatsoever will be tolerated in this regard.
While reviewing the 'Sahyog Shivir' (Cooperation Camp), the District Magistrate directed that all applications received during the camps held across 42 *Panchayats* (village councils) of the district on May 19, 2026, be processed and disposed of within the stipulated timeframe. He directed the concerned officials to ensure prompt and high-quality action on applications related to schemes concerning pensions, rations, housing, land mutation, land rectification, etc. Furthermore, all officials were instructed to mandatorily upload the relevant documents to the online portal following the disposal of the applications.
The District Magistrate directed that a comprehensive awareness campaign be conducted across all Panchayats regarding the upcoming 'Sahyog Shivirs' (Assistance Camps), so that the maximum number of people may benefit from these camps. Regarding the Sahyog Shivir scheduled for June 2, 2026, he directed that proper receipts be issued to applicants for all applications received at the camps. Additionally, he instructed that special personnel be deputed to assist individuals who are unable to draft their applications themselves.
The District Magistrate directed the senior officials of all Blocks, as well as the Nodal Officers for the Sahyog Shivirs in all Panchayats, to regularly monitor the digitization and disposal of received applications, and to ensure time-bound compliance at both the Panchayat and Block levels.
