BUXAR-------------------------Dinesh Singh Yadav, the Buxar District President of the Janshakti Janata Dal, has raised questions regarding the police encounter of Bharat Tiwari—a 31-year-old youth from Belauti village under the Shahpur police station area of Bhojpur district—and has demanded an impartial investigation into the matter as well as justice for the victim's family. In a statement, District President Dinesh Singh Yadav said that after reviewing various facts and the viral video related to the Bharat Tiwari incident, it appears he had long been raising his voice for the rehabilitation of erosion victims from Javainia village in Shahpur. He stated that in a democracy, public grievances should be resolved through dialogue, sensitivity, and administrative initiative.
He clearly stated that resorting to violence or taking the law into one's own hands is not appropriate for resolving any issue. At the same time, it is the responsibility of the administration and the government to hear and understand the public's legitimate demands in a timely manner so that no individual is forced into a situation of despair or driven to take a wrong path.
Dinesh Singh Yadav noted that the Bihar government and the police department are continuously working to maintain law and order and ensure the safety of citizens in the state. In this context, it is essential to bring the truth to light through an impartial, transparent, and thorough investigation into all aspects of the matter. He also urged the government to take proactive steps toward a permanent solution for the problems faced by the families affected by erosion.
He remarked that in a democratic society, every citizen has the right to justice; therefore, an impartial inquiry, transparency, and sensitive administrative action are crucial in any contentious incident. Furthermore, all sections of society must uphold peace, harmony, and respect for the law.
The District President of Jan-Shakti Janata Dal stated that the holistic development of Bihar is possible only when the government, the administration, and the public work together to find solutions to problems. He reiterated that his party... It is committed to the politics of public interest, social justice, social rights, comprehensive change, peace, and development.
