CHAUSA POWER PLANT EMPLOYEE MISSING FOR 6 DAYS

BUXAR--------------------------Himanshu Upadhyay, a resident of Parasi village in Itarhi block who works at the district's Chausa Power Plant, has been missing under mysterious circumstances since June 28. He did not return home after finishing his shift, and his family has been continuously searching for him since then. After failing to find any leads despite extensive searching, the family submitted a written application to the Mufassil Police Station on Friday, pleading for the safe recovery of the young man.

The missing youth's elder brother, Omprakash Upadhyay, stated that Himanshu had gone to the Chausa Power Plant for duty on June 28 but has not been heard from since. The family searched extensively among relatives, acquaintances, and likely locations but met with no success.

According to the family, Himanshu's mobile phone was found in the possession of his colleague, Anup Upadhyay (son of Virendra Upadhyay, resident of Parsia, Dalsagar). Upon questioning, Anup claimed that another young man had given him the phone. However, no concrete information regarding Himanshu's whereabouts has been obtained so far, causing the family's anxiety to mount.

Upon receiving information about the matter, the Mufassil Police accepted the application and initiated an investigation. The police are actively searching for the youth, considering various aspects of the case.
