PATNA-------------------------Everyone talks about respecting the court, but the way the incident involving MP Pappu Yadav and Patna police unfolded and the video went viral clearly shows that MP Pappu Yadav and his supporters obstructed government work. There was also a scuffle with the police. Police have filed a case against MP Pappu Yadav's supporters for obstructing government work and other charges. This suggests that MP Pappu Yadav will have to remain in judicial custody for some more time.

Once, Pappu Yadav's dominance was at its peak; no one dared to speak out or stand in opposition. A similar case was registered in Buddha Colony, Patna. Even after the court issued a warrant, arresting MP Pappu Yadav remained a challenge. The court had issued a seizure warrant against MP Pappu Yadav. Newspapers had published reports about the seizure warrant before his arrest. MP Pappu Yadav should have surrendered to the court or filed an anticipatory bail application. Instead, he went to his private residence in Patna and held a meeting with supporters. Upon learning that MP Pappu Yadav was in Patna on Friday, Patna police arrived to arrest him on the basis of a court-ordered seizure warrant. The viral video clearly shows Inspector Deepak Kumar urging MP Pappu Yadav to comply with the court's order, but Pappu Yadav can be heard saying, "I will not go with the police at night under any circumstances, no matter what." Supporters of MP Pappu Yadav clashed with the police, and the video of the obstruction reached senior police officials. City Superintendent of Police (West) Bhanu Pratap Singh arrived late at night with a heavy police force to arrest Pappu Yadav. MP Pappu Yadav's supporters and the media personnel present were informed of the allegations. Despite this, a scuffle ensued. Finally, the police arrested MP Pappu Yadav late at night. Pappu Yadav, who had been roaring in the media, suddenly fell ill after the police action and was admitted to PMCH. Patna Police have filed a case against MP Pappu Yadav's supporters in Buddha Colony for obstructing government work. Preparations are underway to take action against the individuals seen in the viral video.
