The accused whose houses have been demolished include former Zilla Parishad Vice President Santosh Yadav, former Mukhiya Manoj Yadav, Bateshwar Yadav, Abhishek Yadav, Mahendra Yadav and Kunal Yadav. Among them, Manoj and Santosh are real brothers and both have a joint house. DM Anshul Agarwal had appointed Rajpur BDO Siddharth Kumar and CO Dr. Shobha Kumari as the Batir Magistrate for this and instructions were given to take action for attachment and confiscation during the day itself, but both the officers arrived late in the evening, after which the action for attachment and confiscation was started. At the same time, Buxar Sadar SDM Avinash Kumar had provided six bulldozers and eight tractors for this. First of all, the domestic animals of the accused's houses were removed. After this, the process of attachment and confiscation was started. Administration's monitoring

Let us tell you that in this case, the police had pasted a notice at the house of the accused two days ago and directed them to appear within 24 hours, but despite this order of the administration, the accused did not surrender, after which the action of attachment and confiscation was taken by the administration. While this action of the administration has created a stir among the accused and their supporters, the victim families have heaved a sigh of relief. However, fear still remains among the victims due to the non-arrest of the main accused.
