The body of 25-year-old Ramanand Tiwari, a resident of Rajdiha village in the local police station area, who went missing in a hundreds-foot-deep ravine along with a JCB during the Udela Mines accident in Rajasthan's Arwal district, has been recovered on Saturday, the ninth day. The rescue team pulled out the body trapped between a large rock with the help of a JCB machine.

With the recovery of the body, the death of Ramanand Tiwari, son of Parasnath Tiwari, was confirmed. Despite this, the local administration took the body into custody and took it to the Sadar Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After a post-mortem, the body was handed over to the family. The family members have left for the village with the body.

It should be noted that Ramanand Tiwari, the youngest son of Parasnath Tiwari, a resident of Rajdiha village, was working on a mountain breaking operation with a Poclain machine in the Ramgarh Udela Mines area of Arwal district, Rajasthan. On Friday, February 6th, at around 5:30 pm, while he was breaking the mountain with the Poclain machine, a large chunk of the mountain, reportedly weighing over 50 tons, suddenly broke off and fell on the Poclain, and Ramanand, along with the Poclain machine, fell into a deep ditch. The ditch was filled with hundreds of feet of water, making the rescue operation extremely difficult. Meanwhile, the media in Rajasthan and Buxar highlighted the incident, drawing the attention of the Rajasthan government to the tragedy. Following this, both the Rajasthan government and central agencies were deployed to search for the missing Ramanand.

On the fourth day of the accident, the submerged Poclain machine was pulled out with the help of a magnet, while on the fifth day, one of Ramanand's shoes was found outside the ditch. On Friday, a rescue team that descended into the deep ditch in search of him found his other shoe. After this, the rescue team began draining the ditch. After draining approximately 15-20 feet of water, his body was found trapped between two rocks. The rescue team then pulled the body out with the help of a Poclain and a JCB.
