ARBITRARY ACTIONS CARRIED OUT

PATNA---------------------------Arbitrary actions are being carried out by the Aadhaar center officials and their staff at Lalit Bhawan in the capital city of Patna. The officials are having a good time while the public suffers.

Aadhaar center employees are engaging in misleading and abusive behavior in the name of Aadhaar card registration. Beneficiaries from every district across Bihar say that they face considerable difficulties, and there is no guarantee that their work will be completed on time. Even after being made to run around for a year, the work is not completed successfully. The most shocking part is that when a journalist inquired about these matters, the official and employee, Ranjan Kumar, abused and behaved rudely with the journalists. He said, "Go wherever you want, complain wherever you want. I am not afraid of anyone." This clearly proves that there is collusion with higher authorities. Even for any kind of inquiry, people have to stand in line all day. If any work needs to be done, they have to waste time again and stand in line from the beginning. This clearly shows that people from all over Bihar spend all their time just making inquiries. They are forced to stand in line again the next day for the same work. The biggest problem is that the Aadhaar operators talk to the public in an abusive manner. It seems that arbitrary actions are being carried out by Director Rajiv Upadhyay and the senior officials of the UIDAI State Office, Bihar. The officials are silently allowing all these incidents to happen. Who will punish those who misbehaved with the journalists? Or perhaps the attack on the journalists was carried out on the orders of Director Rajiv Upadhyay of the UIDAI State Office, Bihar. After all these incidents, Director Rajiv Upadhyay refused to meet with the journalists.
