ARA----------------------------A young man was struck by a motorcycle near a private hospital in Dhanpura, under the city's Town police station area, on the Ara-Patna four-lane, late Monday evening. He died on the way to Sadar Hospital for treatment. According to reports, the deceased was Ravinder Ram, 32, son of Rambabu Ram, a resident of Bhakura village in the Mufussil police station area. He worked in a private hospital in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Meanwhile, the deceased's cousin, Munna Ram, said that his wife, Muskan Kumari, fell ill on Monday morning. She began vomiting and having diarrhea. She was admitted to a private hospital in Dhanupra. After being discharged late Monday evening, he was standing on the roadside waiting to reserve an auto to take her home when a speeding motorcycle hit him, leaving him seriously injured. His family brought him to Sadar Hospital for treatment, where the doctor declared him dead.

Upon receiving the information, the Town Police Station arrived at Sadar Hospital and conducted a post-mortem examination. It is said that the deceased was the youngest of two brothers and a sister. He is survived by his wife, Muskan Kumari, and a son, Divyansh. Chaos has descended upon the deceased's home following the incident. His wife, Muskan Kumari, and other family members are inconsolable, weeping profusely.
