ARA----------------------------In Bhojpur's Karnamepur police station area, a minor female dancer from Uttar Pradesh was raped by one of the orchestra party's employees, instigated by the orchestra party's operator. Another employee also attempted to rape her. A close associate of the dancer alleges that the orchestra party operator forced her to drink alcohol under the pretext of feeding her chicken. Two other orchestra party members then forcibly took her to a bush on a bike, where one of them raped her, while the other also attempted to rape her.

However, after the incident came to light on Sunday morning, police took prompt action and arrested all three accused. They include orchestra party operator Laxman Yadav, a resident of Saiya Ke Dera village in the Karnamepur police station area, Ashok Yadav, a resident of Mahuar English village in the same police station area, and Jitendra Kumar Yadav, a resident of Brahmadev Dera in the Barachatti police station area of ​​Gaya district.

According to the police, Ashok Yadav is the DJ operator for the orchestra, while Jitendra Kumar Yadav is the pickup driver. All three were sent to jail after questioning and investigation. An FIR has also been filed against them under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for the rape of a minor.

According to the police, a minor working at an orchestra party in Karnampur Bazaar was raped on Saturday night (February 14). Upon receiving information about the incident on Sunday morning, all three accused were arrested. Legal action was taken in the case, including recording the minor's statement and conducting a medical examination. Further legal action is underway.

The minor dancer from Uttar Pradesh had come to Bhojpur 15 days ago to earn money to support her family. She worked as a dancer in an orchestra party in Karnampur Bazaar. A close friend from Uttar Pradesh stated that she had come to Karnampur Bazaar on February 1 to work at Laxman Yadav's orchestra party. For this purpose, she was living in a rented house. On Saturday night, she attended an event with the orchestra conductor. From there, she went to his room with him. She asked the conductor to escort her to her room, but the conductor, under the pretext of feeding her chicken, took her to the rooftop and forced her to drink alcohol. The conductor then handed her over to his party's DJ operator, Jitendra Kumar Yadav, and pickup driver, Ashok Yadav. The dancer's FIR states that around 10 p.m. Saturday night, orchestra conductor Laxman Yadav assaulted her and handed her over to Jitendra Kumar Yadav and Ashok Yadav.

The two men forcibly took her to a forest on their bike. There, Jitendra Kumar Yadav raped her. Ashok Yadav also attempted to rape her, but was unsuccessful due to her resistance. They then took her to Laxman Yadav's camp, where she was assaulted. She then managed to call Dial 112.
