ARA----------------------------On the occasion of Sanskrit Diwas, a seminar was organized at Shri Hanumatsadan, Friends Colony, under the joint auspices of Shri Sanatan Shaktipeeth Sansthanam and Sanatan-Sursari Seva Nyas. Acharya (Dr.) Bharatbhushan Pandey presided over the event. Introducing the theme, Senator Prof. Baliraj Thakur, President of the Bhojpur Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, stated that the entire world received the first light of knowledge and science through Sanskrit, the language of the gods (*Devbhasha*). He described it as the mother of all languages and the bond that safeguards the nation's unity and integrity.

In his presidential address, Acharya Bharatbhushan Pandey asserted that the nation and the culture of *Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah* (may all be happy) can be preserved solely through Sanskrit. He noted that our country was renowned globally as the 'Golden Bird' (*Sone ki Chidiya*) during the era when Sanskrit, the divine language, was also the language of the masses. Emphasizing both formal and informal Sanskrit education and training, the Acharya described it as a path to attaining fulfillment in both this world and the hereafter. He highlighted that rare and universally beneficial disciplines—such as ancient authentic history, geography, geology, space science, aeronautics, theology, economics, *Kama-shastra* (science of desire/love), *Moksha-shastra* (science of liberation), medical science, Yoga, and physics—have emerged from Sanskrit. He urged the maximum number of people to declare Sanskrit as their language during the census. Delivering the welcome address, Murari Mohan Ojha remarked that while scholars in ancient times nurtured Sanskrit through penance amidst scarcity and struggle, today—despite an abundance of resources and facilities—there is a noticeable lack of such dedication. Satyendra Narayan Singh moderated the seminar, and Shivdas Singh proposed the vote of thanks. Prominent figures present on the occasion included Akhileshwar Nath Tiwari, Dhruv Kumar Singh, Madheshwar Nath Pandey, Amitabh Thakur, Akhileshwar Singh, and Janardan Mishra.
