ARA---------------------------------Ajay Kumar Gandhi, District Secretary of Insaf Manch, issued a press statement informing reporters that the organization's Ara City activists' convention was held today at the church premises in Ara. The chief guest at the event was Qyamuddin Ansari, the State Secretary of Insaf Manch and a former candidate for the Ara Assembly constituency. Discussions focused on expanding the organization, with particular emphasis placed on strengthening the group's structure within Ara City.

Addressing the convention, State Secretary Qyamuddin Ansari stated that attacks on Dalits, women, and minorities have escalated since the BJP came to power in Bihar. He noted that Dalit youths are being killed under the pretext of temple desecration, individuals from backward castes are being murdered for demanding due wages, and incidents of mob lynching targeting the minority community have risen.

State Secretary Qyamuddin Ansari also highlighted that the outstanding salaries of Urdu and Sanskrit teachers—as well as those of *Tola Sevaks* and *Talimi Markaz* workers—have remained unpaid for months; he urged the government to expedite these payments.

A 13-member coordinating committee for Insaf Manch was formed during the Ara City convention. Saiful Raza was appointed as the Ara City Convener, while Jagjivan Ram, Nadirul Haq, and Anil Jiut were named Joint Conveners. Sukesh Kumar, Ramji Ram, Md. Munna, Md. Taslimuddin (alias Arsi), Sikandar Rain, Md. Farid, Kanhaiya Ram, Rahul Kumar, and Rajesh Sharma were elected as members of the coordinating committee.
