FREE PHYSIOTHERAPY CHECK-UP CAMP ORGANIZED

ARA-------------------------A free physiotherapy check-up and consultation camp was organized on Sunday at the 'Physioheal' Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center, located near Z-Chowk in Vishnu Nagar. More than 40 patients registered for the camp.

During the event, 30 patients underwent free check-ups using modern technology and received advice regarding their treatment. Additionally, 13 regular and existing patients received primary physiotherapy care. Patients who registered at the camp received special benefits regarding their treatment. Physiotherapist Dr. Divya Prakash stated that 'Physioheal – Advanced Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center' is the city's only center specializing in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

He mentioned that the cases attended to today included patients requiring physiotherapy and rehabilitation following spinal, knee, and ankle surgeries, as well as stroke patients and those suffering from back pain due to disc prolapse, sciatica, and SI joint dysfunction.

He explained that the center now utilizes advanced equipment—such as CPM machines—to provide scientific, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation for orthopedic cases (including post-surgery recovery for ACL/PCL and ligament injuries) and offers rehabilitation tailored for sports-specific training.

Specialized setups—including standing frames and hand rehabilitation tools—are used alongside advanced, evidence-based treatments for stroke rehabilitation, facilitating faster patient recovery.

Dr. Divya Prakash announced that a free physiotherapy and consultation camp will be organized on August 23rd. Abha, Reshma, and Sangeeta played an active role in making the camp a success.
