YOUTH ATTACKED AN SI WITH KNIFE AND INJURED HIM

ARA-------------------------A case of a deadly attack on an ASI working in the police station came to light in the night in Mallahchakiya village of Mufassil police station. A young man was fighting with his parents in his house and breaking household items. At the same time, the SI passing by heard the noise and stopped near the house and tried to settle the matter. Then the young man attacked the SI with a vegetable cutting knife. Due to which the SI got injured. The villagers took the injured SI to the Sadar Hospital. Where he was being treated. The police was informed about this. Where the city police station in-charge, Mufassit police station in-charge, 112 team reached and arrested the youth from a house. According to the information received, the incident took place on Thursday night at 11.30 pm. Jagmohan Chaudhary, a resident of Mallahchakiya, retired from the post of Inspector last year. After retirement, he lives in the village with his family. Late on Thursday night, his son Satyendra Chaudhary started fighting over some issue and was breaking household items. Meanwhile, Assistant Sub Inspector Nitesh Kumar posted in Mufassil police station was going alone from Buxar to the police station. Then he started trying to stop the fight between father and son. Meanwhile, Satyendra Chaudhary attacked the inspector on his head and hand with a vegetable cutting knife. Due to which the inspector got injured. After this incident, the villagers took him to Sadar Hospital for treatment.

On receiving the information of the incident, SP Shubham Arya and Sadar SDPO Dheeraj Kumar reached the spot. Police has taken the accused youth into custody. Police is investigating the matter thoroughly and further legal action is being taken. SP Shubham Arya said that the accused has been arrested. FIR is being filed against him. Those who attack the police will not be spared under any circumstances.
