BUXAR SP WITHHOLDS SALARY OF 100 POLICE OFFICIALS FOR DERELICTION OF DUTY

BUXAR---------------------------Buxar SP Shubham Arya is furious over the negligence of the officials in pending cases. He has taken strict action against more than 100 careless officials. He has instructed to stop their salary. Which includes many station heads. After this action of SP Arya, there is a stir in the police department. This action has been taken against the police officers who have not submitted the final form or charge sheet even after months in hundreds of picket cases registered in the police station areas.

This order was issued by the SP on June 11 under District Order No. 951/2025. It is clearly stated in the order that

The action in the picket cases registered from January to March has been very slow. Due to which the victim is getting delayed in getting justice. Due to this negligence, the image of the police is also getting spoiled in the society. This action has been taken against the long list of officers posted in Industrial Police Station, Rajpur, Itadhi, Dhansoi, Dumraon, Nagar, Mufassil, Naya Bhojpur, Sonvarsha, Sikrit, Koransarai, Vasudeva, Navanagar and all other police stations, which is a proof of the negligence of this working style. Action has been taken by the SP against three officers including the Sub-Inspector of Police of Industrial Police Station. 10 officers of Rajpur Police Station and more than 11 police officers of Dumraon Police Station are named in the list of salaries to be stopped. While the maximum number of names, more than twenty, are from Mufassil Police Station. Apart from this, there is a long list of officers from police stations like Naya Bhojpur, Sonvarsha, Sikrit, Koransarai, Navanagar. Overall, police officers from every police station of the district have come under the circle of negligence. The Superintendent of Police has given strict instructions that all the officers should submit the final report in the pending pocket cases within the next three days, otherwise further strict action will be taken." Also, this order has been sent in three copies to the district administration, accountant office, all subdivisions and police station in-charges. In the order issued by the Police Captain, the officers have been clearly instructed that they will get salary only when the final report is submitted.
